1. Overview of Data We Store
When you register an account or authenticate using third-party social providers such as Meta / Facebook Login, Google, or GitHub, XNovora stores minimal server-side account data necessary to maintain your login session:
- Server-Side Account Records: Your display name, username, primary contact email address, role, and provider-assigned social identifier (e.g., your Facebook User ID or Google Subject ID) to associate your identity. We do not store or retain third-party OAuth provider access tokens.
- Client-Side Device Preferences: Your selected theme (light or dark mode), favorite tool bookmarks, and recent tool history are stored locally in your browser storage (such as
localStorage) and are not synced to server-side accounts.
We do not retain copies of files, text, images, or documents you process through client-side sandbox utilities.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
Depending on your authentication method and account status, you may request deletion using one of the genuinely available methods below:
Option 1: Meta / Facebook Login Permission Revocation & App Removal
If you authenticated with XNovora using Facebook Login, you can revoke XNovora's access to your Facebook profile directly within Facebook:
- Log in to your Facebook account on desktop or the mobile app.
- Go to your Facebook profile menu and select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
- In the left-hand navigation sidebar, scroll to Permissions and select Apps and Websites.
- Find XNovora in the list of active applications.
- Click Remove next to XNovora to revoke permissions and unlink your Facebook account from XNovora.
- Optional: In the confirmation modal, check the option to request that Facebook notify XNovora to delete data received from Facebook.
Note: Revoking permissions via Facebook disallows future logins through Facebook. To guarantee complete deletion of any underlying XNovora profile and stored preferences, please also submit a deletion request via Option 2 below.
